Zhang Lang (张朗)
Zhang Lang (1928) is from Guangji, Hubei Province. After his graduation from the Wuchang Art School, he studied at the Art Department of the Art Academy of the Central Plains University. From 1958-1959, he enrolled for further studies at the Design Class of the Central Academy of Industrial Arts. In the following years, Zhang worked in the Hubei Provincial Art Work Bureau, the Provincial Mass Art Center and the Art Section of the Provincial Art Bureau. In 1961 he joined the faculty of the Hubei Art Academy, where he became an Associate Professor.
