Zhang Huibin (张惠斌)
Zhang Huibin (1942) hails from Jinan, Shandong Province. Handicapped because of an accident, he received no formal art education. In 1967, he joined the Creative Office of the Jinzhou Municipal Revolutionairy Committee in Liaoning Province. A year later, he went to work in the Guta District Cultural Center in Jinzhou, where he now is an assistant researcher.
Zhang is known for his portraits.
