Zhang Dawei (张大畏)
Zhang Dawei (1955) is from Liaoning. He joined the People's Liberation Army in 1970 and graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the PLA Art Academy in 1984. Over the years, he was attached to the Creative Office of the Propaganda Department of the Political Department of the East China Sea Naval Task Force of the PLA Navy and the August One Film Studio.
Zhang's forte are oil paintings. He cooperated with Zhou Butian.
