Wu Jian (吴健)

Wu Jian (1942, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province) started his art education at the Shanghai Art Training School in 1961. He has taught at the Shanghai Lintong Middle School, the Shanghai Education Institute and Shanghai Jiaotong University.

In 1987, Wu, who is known for his oil paintings, went to study at the San Francisco Art Academy in the U.S.A.
