Lu Xinsen (陆新森)
Lu Xinsen (1933) was born in Shanghai. After his graduation from the Central Art Academy in 1953, he worked in various artistic editorial capacities in Hebei Province. He now heads the cartoon strip editorial section of the Hebei Arts Publishing House.
