Luo De'an (罗德安)
Luo De'an (1940) was born in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province. After graduating from junior high school in 1960, he became a dock worker, studying art in his spare time. He became employed as a driver in the Zhuzhou Municipal No. 2 Transport Company.
Luo, who won a first prize during the 1964 National Workers-Peasants-Soldiers Art Exhibition, specializes in figurative painting.
