Liu Zhongchen (刘忠臣)
Liu Zhongchen (1944, Juxian, Shandong Province) graduated from the Lu Xun Art Academy in 1970. Since then, he has been a leading official at the Tieling Municipal Mass Fine Arts Museum (Liaoning Province) and a teacher in the Fine Arts Department of the Dalian Normal College.
Liu is specialized in oil paintings.
