Li Huaying (李华英)
Huang Gengzhuo (1946) is from Nangong, Hebei Province. He graduated from the refresher course in National Painting of the Central Art Academy in 1986. Huang now is a researcher at the Xingtai Mass art center in Hebei Province.
Huang is known for his drawing of Chinese subjects.
