Huang Jiong (黄炯)
Huang Jiong (1937), a member of the Zhuang minority, was born in Wuwu, Guangxi Province. He graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Guangxi Art Academy. Subsequently, he worked for the Wuzhou Municipal Cultural Center. In 1980, he transferred to the Guangxi Art Academy, where he now heads the Oil Painting Research Department.
Huang has specialized in oil painting and water colors.
