Guan Qiming (关琦铭)
Guan Qiming was born in Tonghua, Jilin Province, in 1942. After his graduation from the Jilin Provincial Art Academy undergraduate course in 1962, he joined the People's Liberation Army. Guan has been actively employed ever since in various cultural departments of the PLA.
Guan specializes in oil painting.
