Dai Baohua (戴保华)
Dai Baohua (1944) is from Qingxian, Hebei Province. After he graduated from secondary school in 1962, Dai joined the People's Liberation Army. As a soldier, he worked as a roaming film projectionist and as cultural cadre. In 1979, he transfered to work in the Qingdao Municipal Exhibition Hall, where he still works in the art editorial office.
Dai excels in oil painting.
