Cui Minghua (崔明华)
Cui Minghua (1940), a member of the Korean minority, was born in Korea. In 1959, he started his studies at the Jilin Art School. He joined the People's Liberation Army in 1962. He transferred to the Harbin Municipal Dongliqu Cultural Center in 1982, which he now heads.
Cui is specialized in oil painting. A number of his works have been included in exhibitions and special publications dedicated to the Army.
